JV Region

 The JV Region meet has been changed from Tuesday to Wednesday this week. It will be held at Corner Canyon high school in Draper. The bus will leave AFHS at Noon. Parents may take their athlete home after the competition if a coach has been notified.

Caveman Classic Results

 AFHS hosted the 6th Annual Caveman Classic Friday. There were 18 teams. It was partly sunny, 46 degrees, and windy. The Girls Team won for the 5th straight year, while the Boys Team took 3rd place.

Arcadia Invitational results

 Six Cavemen traveled to California this past weekend to compete at the Arcadia Ivitational.

On Friday Night, the Boys team of Chase Hejny, Grant Hejny, Dallin Harrington, and Austin Plewe won the 4X1600m Relay for an unprecedented fifth year in a row with a U.S. leading 17:07.67.

On Saturday Night were the individual events:

Chase Hejny placed 10th in the Rising Stars Mile with a time of 4:20.27.

Austin Plewe placed 9th in the Invitational 800m Run with a time of 1:53.02.

Kaden Fairbanks placed 8th in the Invitational 400m Dash with a time of 49.13.

Grant Hejny and Dallin Harrington placed 2nd and 8th place, respectively in the Rated 3200m Run with time of 8:59.59 and 9:02.61.

Skye Jensen placed 25th in the Invitational 3200m Run with a time of 10:21.76.

Alpha Invitational Results

 The Cavemen participated this last Saturday at the Alpha Invitational, held at Timpanogos High School.
