CoVid-19

Because of the CoVid-19 closures, we will not be having organized practice for the next two weeks.  The UHSAA has issued that coaches may not meet with athletes for the next two weeks. Athletes should contact their event coaches for personal workouts. The UHSAA has encouraged athletes not to meet in large groups

BOYS Distance Workouts:
Monday, March 16th: AM-30 min, PM-Grinder (if nice weather, add Mountain Dew Hill)
Tuesday, March 17th: AM-30 min. run, PM- Mack Daddy Expressway, Stride Laps
Wednesday, March 18th: AM-30 min., PM- Art Dye Park Power Run
Thursday, March 19th: AM-30 min.run, PM-Hoggard's Farm, Stride Laps
Friday, March 20th: AM-30 min. run, PM-4X1000, 4:00 rest
Saturday, March 21st: AM-Capillary Run (L5)

Monday, March 23rd: AM-30 min, PM-Grinder (if nice weather, add Mountain Dew Hill)
Tuesday, March 24th: AM-30 min. run, PM- Dale Sanus, Stride Laps
Wednesday, March 25th: AM-30 min, PM-Mini Ed (6,6,4,4,3,3,2,2,1,1,)@ Art Dye
Thursday, March 26th: AM-30 min.run, PM-Lehi Bakery run
Friday, March 27th: AM-30 min. run, PM-Horse Trough Power Run
Saturday, March 28th: AM-Capillary Run (Robby Run)

Every Morning-10-20-40,
PM MWF-Lift
PM TU,TH-Mega-Abs
Stretch after each run.
