Alpha Invite Day 2 Results

 The Cavemen had a great 2nd day at the Alpha Invite. The Girls finished the 29 team meet in 1st Place, while the boys took 2nd place to Corner Canyon.

 The Cavemen had a great first day of the Alpha Invite at timpanogos High School, highlighted by 3 school records. The second day of the invite is today beginning at 2 PM. The bus leaves at 12:40. Tuesday Region III Tri-Meet

 This Tuesday, the Cavemen will be competing at Skyridge High School this Tuesday at our second region tri-meet. Lone Peak will also be there. Athletes must ride on the bus in order to comete. Parents can take their athlete home after themeet if a coach has been notified.

This coming Friday and Saturday, the Vaarsity squad will be competing at the  Pineview Invitational in St. George.

Final Day results

 On the final day of New Balance Indoor Nationals, we had some great performances:

Noah Nielson placed 3rd in the 800 meter run with a pr of 1:50.51.
Ben Bradshaw placed 16th in the 1600m run with a mark of 4:14.54.
Kaden Evans placed 5th in the 2 mile run with a pr of 8:57.02.
There were no team scores kept, but if they did, American Fork would have ended up with 36 points!

Nationals Saturday results

 Congratulations to our 5000 meter runners tonight at NBNI in Boston:

Daniel Simmons set the US National High School Indoor Record in 13:38.86.
Ben Jaster placed 3rd in 14:19.95.
Their times qualify them for the 10,000 meter run at the 2024 US U20 National Championships in June at Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon.

In New York City, Noah Nielson placed 2nd in the 800m Run in a time of 1:52.43 at Nike Indoor Nationals.

4.Sky Jensen, 5:05.90 (State Qualifying Mark)

The Girls team of Mecham, Whitford, Jensen, and Stratton also won the 4X800m Relay in a State qualifying time of 9:24.18, a program best at low altitude.

New Balance Indoor Nationals

 Several Cavemen are participating this weekend at the New Balance Indoor Nationals in Boston.


This afternoon they won the 4XMile relay in 16:43.21 which is the second fastest indoor high school mile in US history!
