Distance Workouts

Week of May 4-9:
Monday: AM-30 min. recovery run, PM- Hoggard's Farm, Stride Laps
Tuesday: AM-30 min. recovery run, PM-L5 Capillary Run
Wednesday: AM-30 min. recovery run, PM-5X800 on Grass (3:30 rest)
Thursday: AM-30 min. recovery run, PM-Purple Turtle
Friday: AM-30 min. recovery run, PM-Hobby Lobby Loop, easy
Saturday: 8 Easy

Week of May 11-16:
Monday: AM-30 min. recovery run, PM- 3X600 (2 mile pace, 3:00 rest), 3X300 (1 mile pace, 2:00 rest)
Tuesday: AM-30 min. recovery run, PM-Base of Grinder & Stride Laps
Wednesday: AM-30 min. recovery run, PM-Rotary Park & Pullouts
Thursday: AM-1 mile, visualization, AM-AFHS "State" 3200m. 10:00 AM
Friday: AM-30 min. recovery run, PM-Shelley Elementary, Pullouts
Saturday: AM-1 mile, visualization, AM-AFHS "State" 1600m. 10:00 AM

Week of May 18-23:
Active Rest (swim, bike, mountain bike, roller blade, no running).
Finish all school work!!!!

Week of May 25-30:
Monday: Memorial Day - 1st day of Summer mileage
Beginners: 4-5/day, returners: 45-60 min./day.
Tuesday was when we usually have our Opening Social. Since we can't meet, this will be deleted from our schedule.

National Letter of Intent

Two track athletes have signed a national Letter of Intent.

Maddie Edwards has signed to run Track and Field at Utah State University.

Ashton Hysell has signed to run Cross-Country and Track at Idaho State University.
