UHSTCA Invitational

This Saturday, the Invitationals, hosted by the Utah High School Track Coaches Association, will be at Copper Hills High School, 5445 W. New Bingham Highway (8600 S.) in West Jordan.

The bus will leave AFHS at 7:15 AM. This meet will has about 1/3 the entrants from last Saturday's meet at UVU, so will run much faster. Our team's entries are posted on runnercard.

UVU Invitational

The Cavemen participated today at the UVU Invitational.
Four Cavemen qualified for the State Championships.
Sophie Baird and Maddie Bench both qualified in the 1600m Run with times of 5:14.23 (4th place) and 5:14.54 (5th place), respectively. Those times are 4th and 6th all-time at AFHS.
Brayden McLelland qualified in the boys 1600m run placing 3rd in 4:21.44, which is 5th all-time at AFHS.
Tyson Green qualified in the boys 3200m run, placing 2nd in 9:39.38.

For Varsity athletes who are competing Saturday at UVU: the bus will leave AFHS at 6:45 (meet starts at 8 AM).
Athletes will need to ride the bus to UVU, but can leave after their events with their parents if they have a parent communicate with a coach that they are taking them home.
